"This was my first order with Knit Picks. I purchased several items including the Options Harmony Wood Interchangeable knitting needles. I selected the needles because they were highly rated in online reviews.
Knit Picks website is easy to navigate. Items are organized so that it's simple to find and select the category I wanted. I looked at the tutorials while on the site as well as the patterns and kits available. I made my selections and ordered online easily. I received free shipping, ground, with my order because it was over $50. I liked that when I paid by credit card a notice pop-up told me my credit card info would not be saved. I was sent an email that the order had been received. When the order shipped, two days later, an email update with tracking number and estimated delivery date was sent. The items arrived on time & all were in excellent condition.
I began knitting later that day and the needles were fabulous to knit with! The reviews were so true! I've knit with "Addi" and bamboo needles but the Knit Picks Options Harmony Wood needles & cables are so different and comfortable to knit with. Just wonderful! The quality of the products I purchased from Knit Picks is excellent! The 'view sizer' is sturdy, its' magnifier is perfect for chart reading. I ordered extra cables and connectors for "magic loop' projects as well as cable needles and stitch markers. I love one stop shopping!
The Options Harmony Wood Interchangeable needles went on sale the day after I received them so I called customer service. They were very nice and because my purchase was within the week of the sale they gave me an "in-store" credit. I then purchased Options "Sunstruck" Interchangeables. I am very happy with my Knit Picks purchase and plan to shop there again!"

I wanted to register at your website to download patterns. I am a non-US resident. However, when I tried to create an account at your website, it is essential to have a shipping address within US. I had to give address and phone number of a relative in US for the purpose. I feel this is very discouraging to a non-US resident to purchase patterns alone from your collection, which I must say is very beautiful and exhaustive.

Appreciate if you could make it non-mandatory to have shipping details for registering.
