In my case I actually messed up the order, I had to call & e-mail them and while there was some delay in reaching a person they did respond and cancel my original order so I could re-place a corrected one."

They don't answer the phone. I'm sickened and have reported the lack of shipment to PayPal. I wish I had found the BBB bad reports and this site first. I think I going to be out $85. Update: More than one week since they reportedly shipped but the order is still pending and no shipping advice. "

"I placed an order in April online with KnobDeco for several cabinet knobs. When I hadn't received my order after a few weeks, I emailed them to request the status of the order. When I didn't receive a response, I left several phone messages which weren't returned. When at last I was able to talk to a person at KnobDeco, he informed me that the manufacturer wasn't going to be able to fulfill the order and they would give me a refund. When the refund didn't come, I contacted them again and was told it was an oversight and they would put a check in the mail that day. After a two weeks and no check, I called again and was told that they would credit my Paypal account, which they didn't. It has been four months and I never received the product or a refund. I would never order from KnobDeco again and I would recomment that no one else should either.

"Horrible experience. Item received did not look like one on internet. Policy of 14 days to return with RA#. Extremely difficult receiving an RA# - had to finally call and insist. Policy which was not stated included restocking fees and signature required return on via Federal Express, UPS or DHL (no USPS). Returned product and received no credit. Contacted Credit card company and received temporary credit pending investigation. Vendor insisted no proof of delivery so credit card company reversed temporary credit. I have tracking no. and signature proof from federal express. Now having to fax all paperwork (which I have) to credit card company to receive appropriate credit. Will never buy from this vendor again."
"The website is easy to navigate, photos of products are exceptionally well done and accurate. They carry a large assortment of popular knobs and pulls. Ordering was easy and I received emails immediately with order details. It was downhill from there. They did not follow up with a tracking number or accurate shipping information.
Customer service is minimal, the phone number given on the website is answered intermittently and while they promised me a tracking number twice if I would give them an hour, in actual fact I never did get one. E-mails sent via the contact form were never answered. Leaving a phone message does not work; they do not call back.
Only once was the order status upgraded on the website, offering the information that the order was expected to ship on 27-2005-Apr. Other than that the status showed my order and 0 shipped. Disconcerting!
Assuming the expected order date as actually the day my order was shipped, I expected the delivery no later than Wed, May 4 and sure enough I did get my order on the 4th. Everything as ordered, nothing damaged.
I like this site, I might order again but I would suggest that they work on their status reports for shipping information. Prices are good. Service is somewhat lacking. "
