"I will not order from them again. I ordered two different types of handles and they immediately charged my credit card. Then they informed me they no longer manufactured one of the types and sent documentation that they canceled my order. I phoned to confirm they were canceling the entire order, but nobody would pick up the phone. I emailed and received a "ticket number" but nobody followed up until I received a tracking number that they were sending the in-stock handles and they charged me the initial full amount, which included the knobs there were not sending. I phoned again, and waited nearly 20 minutes just to speak to someone, who hung up on me when I asked for documentation that they were crediting the $18.75 they (re-)charged me for knobs that were not being sent."

"This company is the worst. DO NOT USE! They billed us , took 5 weeks to ship. I then got a tracking number. I checked tracking and the item I ordered was sent to California . I live in New Jersey. They have my correct address. For 2 weeks I have been trying to contact them Their answering machine says we hae higher then normal call volume. Call back in the future or try online chat. THERE IS NO ONLINE CHAT!!!. I emailed them and explained the problem. No response. My reccomendation is to try elsewhere for your needs. "

"I ordered 5 appliance handles because it was the only website that gave me the option of rush delivery. I understand that it now says to allow extra time, but I assure you, when I ordered, it did not. Would have been fine with that, I get it, everything takes extra time now - except you can't get a hold of anyone in customer service for them to let you know that. When I finally waited 40 minutes on hold to check the status because it was stuck in "processing" (15th customer in line) I was told that it would be followed up on and someone would get back with me asap. They requested it expedited from the manufacturer- awesome, thanks. Then crickets. When I followed up again with an online chat representative this time- they argued with me about how long I should have know it was going to take and then REMOVED the rush order and shipping. So something that I was ordering to overnight, actually took 15 days. Terrible customer service- maybe the chat rep was just having a crappy day, but that with the phone wait times and the lack of follow through made this review a big 'ol thumbs down from me. "

"It is understandable that everything takes longer these days unfortunately; I get that. My problem with the company was that I was never told that my order shipped so I was worried about it and when I finally did a chat, the lady wasn't the friendliest. (might want to find a new line of work). I like to track my orders and although the site said it would send me an email once my item shipped, I didn't receive one. Thanks for the great product though!"

"Communication is terrible with this company. There is a 2-3 day lag on the response time. Follow up on problems is non existent as you need to keep pushing to get responses to problems or questions. It cost us out of pocket to ship back the knobs that we didn’t want. Had to keep pushing to get the credit on our account AFTER it was confirmed that had product back! It took 45 DAYS from the date they received the product back for them to issue the credit. AND that was only after I called because emails were NEVER answered with actually what was going on! I’m 64 years old and worked in retail management for 45 years. I’ve NEVER seen customer service this BAD. DO NOT buy from this company if you want customer service or to be treated respectfully!!!"
