"Seamless ordering and quick ship!"
"I purchased 13 pieces of pricey $24/ea Omnia hardware. When it finally did arrive, 7 pieces (more than half the order) appear to be rejects/seconds/previous returns. Scratched. Marred up. After more calls than I can count, sitting on hold for long periods of time, I currently get the promise of new hardware expedited. However after four days of waiting, its still not done - but “the promise” is there. While the good pieces are beautiful!!! The company seems unreliable with very poor communication in every single facet of this purchase. Will NOT use again nor give good rating. They are just Just filled with excuses. Find another company who cares about good customer service. And whatever you do. Read the Refund Policy before you buy! "

"After ordering the item, i was told delivery would be delayed, so I requested the order to be cancelled. It shipped anyway, in fact much faster than I had been told. However, I already purchased the item elsewhere, so the shipment was refused by me and returned to the shipper. I have NOT received a credit for the original amount charged to my credit card."
"Do not order through this website! Similar experience to Julie L. Waited. Order slow to process. Waited. Finally canceled as customer service couldn't tell when it would ship. Ordered through another company. Order came promptly. Then Knobs4less order showed up. Called and promised a free label return. Waited again. Called again. Said I couldn't get a free label cause canceled after ordered shipped. That was untrue as I canceled almost a week earlier. Called supervisor line. She never called back. Then received an email that my order was completed! Total sham company!

"I received the knobs I ordered in a timely manner however I ordered them for a bi-fold door and the screws are too short. What to do? I went to a large home improvement store and purchased longer screw however they are too long! I will continue to look I guess to see if I can find something that works. It appears the supplier does not accept returns. "

"My order arrived with 10 hinges missing. I ordered, and paid for 55 hinges. I only received 45. I called the company and was told that I would get a call back. I did not get a call back. 2 days later, still no call back from them or response to an email that I sent. I called back and waited for a customer service representative to be available. I waited 11 minutes and 59 seconds for a "voicemail mailbox is full. Goodbye" message.
All I wanted was to get the agreed upon product that I paid for. It is a matter of incompetence, deceit... or both on the company's part. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and also leaving a negative review on any platform that I can find on the internet. Companies that screw their customers over absolutely disgust me, and make me wish I were a lawyer who knew the process to sue the crap out of them.
