"I bought a set of the ultimate battery terminals and they sent me two negative terminals instead of a positive and negative terminals so I called them and talked to the customer service guy who sounded annoyed that I interrupted his day. He said he would review the packing footage and get right back to me. So I thought great but I did not hear anything from him at all. So I called back the next day and got another guy Dan who said that they would send me out a new one. But I had to bug them to get them to do anything. I think that KnuKonceptz should train there customer service guys to at least say we are so sorry for the inconvenience we will get this fixed right away. so now my install had to be pushed back a week. "Bought a 4 channel amp install kit from them in 10/2019.
Included in the kit was 20 Feet of OFC 12 Gauge speaker wire but they ONLY included 4 Gold Plated 12 gauge spade terminals to use with it.. You would think 2-wires x 4-channels would equal 8 spade terminals. But when I questioned their tech support guy "Dan", his answer to me was that they simply take their 2 channel kits and toss another 5 Meter OFC RCA Cable in to make the 4 channel kits.. Then why don't you simply toss 4 more 12 gauge spade terminals in with it ?... So when I said ok, and then asked where can I purchase them, the answer I got was "those terminals in the kits are smaller than the ones we sell"... Really? At this point MOST would say, let me toss 4 of those terminals we DO NOT SELL but they are in our kits in a mailing envelope and send them out to you so you can complete your install... GUESS NOT...

"Made a small order. Was shipped fast but sent wrong part. Part was under a dollar but brought my install plans for the weekend to a screeching halt. Whoever fills their orders needs to pay more attention. Too bad, too, because they have some really cool stuff that I wanted to order, but they failed right from the start.
Edit: After contacting support, order was made right. Decided to try another order. This time all was good. Their 12 gauge Copper Kord Kable speaker cable is probably the best speaker wire I've ever used. True 12 gauge, 100% copper, and the softest, smoothest cable there is. This speaker wire is high quality, heavy-weight cable. Will definitely use this speaker cable again. Also ordered the 12 gauge wire pants to dress up the ends of the cable. These worked great and are much longer than normal speaker wire pants. "
"Just a totally ridiculous experience, I was trying to place an order and they told me the wire was only available from them through ebay Ok
So because of limited quantities I needed override codes from them (2 - 10 ft runs of battery cable nothing much at all) the override didn't take I needed to call 3 times
After spending much time, (over an hr for a simple order )They wouldn't take order over phone or on their site said only through ebay I had to place 2 orders
With notes to combine the order in 1 box which they did but charged me full price twice for shipping

"I have been a customer of their's for a while and had very little problems until my last order. I made an error and ordered the wrong item. I called their customer service got the Return Authorization number and followed their instructions. I was told that they would send me the items I wanted. They got the items I sent and as of Jan 2, 2011 I have not received the replacements.

"Awesome products at a great price. Ordered about $100 worth of 10 gauge silver plated Kasa speaker cable and banana terminators. Product performs just as well as a $700 pair of MIT Terminator cables I have. Shipping was acceptable, and the product was expertly packed. I did not have any issues so did not deal with anyone in customer service. I noticed several complaints about their service being slow to respond...honestly, I can't believe people haven't figured out yet that if you want quality service, go pay for it at your local big box store rather than on the internet."
