The return was my fault ,I ordered the wrong one and they helped me with the return and to receive the correct one. No problems with shipping either. I will continue to shop at Kotula

"Kotula's had a problem processing my order. I called their number and got Northern Tools (NT) on the phone. It appears NT owns Kotula's. Anyway, while talking to the representative I decided to go the NT website to see what they had. I found the same product on the NT website $30.00 cheaper.
It was on sale. The representative told me she could not find the sale price on their system and thus could not price match. I cancelled my order and went to the store and bought the product."

"They arrived way before I expected and were of better quality than I expected! Easy assembly and heavy. I needed them for kitchen island counter height. They fit perfectly to my island counter height of 34”. I don’t have a bar height counter to test them at sorry. They do tip a little forward. I’ll put a couple washers between the seat and the base to tilt it back. Those steel seats on tractors always tilted forward a bit though. "
