"I am very interested in Kotula's products. I really want them. I can't tell if the order is shipping, on hold, etc. I placed an order a couple of weeks ago. I was told my billing address did not match my credit card. I visited the bank and the billing address matches the credit card. I asked the first order to be cancelled. Kotula's got back with me and cancelled the order. This was good communication.

I ordered again on June 1st. It is now June 4th and I have not heard anything. I can't tell if the products have shipped. I really want these products but I give up if things are still not right."
