"I ordered 15 days ago, was supposed to be 7 - 10 days. I emailed to check on it, it hasn't even been shipped yet, no updates available."
"I ordered a simple belt buckle. I received an email the next day saying they had received my order, two days later I received another email saying they could not process my order due to insufficient credit card info and that they would not be able to fulfill my order and that I could call customer service and fix my information in order to obtain my order or I could reorder the product with the correct information. So I called customer service to fix my info, only to wait for over an hour and never talk to an actual associate or fix any info. I then proceeded to make a new order with the correct card information, receive an email saying they received my order, and then a couple days later another email saying that my card information was yet again insufficient and they would be unable to process this order. I tried to call, yet again was never given anyone to talk to. Now I have placed two orders that KOTULAS LED ME to believe were unable to be filled and had been cancelled.... nope. 10 days later I receive TWO emails with TWO DIFFERENT shipping address (even though both addresses were the same for shipping) HAD BEEN PROCESSED AND SHIPPED without any notice to me. I called customer service and after 45 minutes was connect and explained that even though the email they sent me was true and that they couldn't process my order and led me to think I was not getting my order and that it was cancelled, they contacted my bank who said the billing address and shipping addresses were legitimate and Kotulas filled them without my knowledge almost 2 weeks later without notice. Now they have billed me for multiple orders for something I am shipping immediately back. I give this company 0/5 stars with awful service and I will never be a customer of theirs again. Do not waste your time or money. "

"I ordered a birthday gift for my nephew almost two weeks ago. Not only has he not received his gift, but I have yet to receive an order number or order confirmation or shipment email of any kind! And since my credit card isn't charged until shipment of my order, I have no way of looking up the transaction information since it hasn't even occurred yet! Furthermore, when I go to the Kotulas site to inquire about my order, it asks for my order number, which I still have yet to receive. Usually, a customer satisfaction survey request comes AFTER receipt of an order. Very confused and frustrated!"
