God only knows how long I would've had to wait for them to contact me if I hadn't taken the initiative. Then they didn't ship it that day (Friday afternoon, plenty of time to ship still...) so it isn't going out until Monday. Which is the day, as a birthday present, I was hoping it have arrived.
CS would do nothing to help. I asked if they could help expedite the shipping since they had effectively burned 5 days (would've been even more if I hadn't called!) and they quoted me $121 for 2 day-shipping, HA. WHOOSH.
