"I tried to place an order Friday but the website couldn't handle my mailing address in North Carolina with a billing address in Florida. It wound up using the mailing address as the billing address as well and, of course, the credit card was refused. I kept trying to get it to take the correct information and it finally took the order. Wait a minute - you're shipping this product to my billing address, not the mailing address.
I responded to the email advising me of my order and told them it should be shipped to the NC address not the FL address. They respond by telling me they canceled the order!
So I called in the order to their 800 number and gave the person all the pertinent info. When I got the confirmation email, guess what, it was again sent to the FL billing address! I immediately called a "trouble" number and explained the problem. She supposedly took care of the problem after much fiddling with the computer but I haven't received another order notification so who knows? I will wait and see if I ever get the item and if so where it is sent and how much I was charged.

About that ... I guess the shipper did not allow any kind of modifications to the shipping, so I had a hard time receiving the package from FedEx. They always deliver while I am at work, and I live in a secure building with no office. Fortunately, the first delivery attempt was on a Thursday. So the last attempt was on a Saturday when I would be home. I forgot that I had to run an errand that morning and put the signed FedEx slip outside. Fortunately I met the FedEx guy just as I was leaving, because he was very confused. When he would scan the label it would insist that the delivery was supposed to be to Walmart. Even though the label was correct with my name and address. (I am not Walmart, for the record.)
So that was really weird. And I wish I could have just had the package routed to a FedEx store so that I could pick it up. The delivery guy mentioned that he was hesitant to leave the package unattended—even though I had signed for it—because of whatever was happening with the label. If delivery had been earlier in the week then I would’ve been out of luck.
As far as the item, it was a giant stuffed tiger packed in a box with a million airbags. There were no issues or injuries, although they probably could have wrapped the tiger it in a plastic bag or something. If I had had to have FedEx leave it outside and FedEx had been amenable to that, there would’ve been issues if it were wet/rainy outside. "
