"Ordered 4 wagon wheels at a very good price, they arrived much faster then anticipated and were exactly what I was looking for. Ordered 6 more, 2 came in 2 days, the other 4 came in 4 days. I was very pleased and have now ordered some larger garden decor and looks like it will get here in 6 days. I am actually letting Kotulas send me email for now, something I never do but they do have some nice stuff at a reasonable price. I usually figure 7 - 10 days when free shipping is offered, especially on the heavier bulky items I've ordered, so far all shipments have beat that."

I had to contact them by email. I have not heard from them and will be required to refuse the order. I am very upset with their lack of response and will never order from Katulas ever again. They need to take care of business and their customers must better !!"

"There was a bit of a problem trying to edit the order after placing it. It required at least two phone calls to Kotula's before it got finally corrected. The product itself is fine once you figure out how to put it together. The instructions ****! There is one very important step that is missing all together: What to do with bracket #13. I ended up with a free rotating hose "barrel" and bracket 13 still in the bubble pack. No where did it tell me how to orient the "barrel" or what to do with bracket 13. I ended up with it backwards, which of course, meant that I had to undo its installation once I figured out what bracket 13 was all about.
