"on 3/16/19 I received my order that was broken and missing. The half umbrella base was broken and I never received my half market crank patio umbrella. I called customer service and they said they would be sending me a return tag for the broken umbrella base by e-mail and would look into why I never received the half umbrella.
I have not heard from anyone !!!!!!
