"I purchased a Koverroos III cover a little over a year ago after the customer service manager had recommended it over the phone based on where I lived and weather conditions. We used the cover sparingly and following a recent rainstorm the bungee cords ripped the fabric apart and now the cover is basically useless as it won't stay on. After complaining to Koverroos directly they advised that wind was not covered in their warranty and only offered to replace with 50% discount or upsell me to much more expensive top of the line cover. I live just outside NYC where weather conditions are not extreme and paid a lot of money for the cover. I was hoping for better customer service. Stay away from this company go with others. "

"We live in Colorado and have extreme weather from winds, rains, and snow. Love the way this new cover securely covers our furniture and the straps are exactly what is needed to do this. We recently put it to the test with 40 mph winds and 3 days of rain. Came through beautifully. We love the fabric material It is innovative and light weight. We look forward to many years with this new cover. I would not listen to any of the negative posts here at all. "

"Bought a Koveroos sofa cover, and it literally melted into the fabric of my sofas, destroying them. BUYER BEWARE! It seems these products are not safe for certain sun conditions, and now I'm hosed. Once they have your money, Shiela and the rest of their customer-disdaining company will do NOTHING for you. Zero. They should consider themselves lucky I didn't ask them to pay for the sofas they destroyed. Super dishonest people with an AWFUL product. If you give them your business, you better be prepared for the real possibility that you will have to buy new furniture in addition to a new cover."
