the kratom was shipped quickly (free delivery took only took three days from west coast to east), the powder seems very fresh, and OMG THIS STUFF IS AMAZING!!! although I love the taste of coffee, it wreaks havoc with my stomach, gives me the jitters, and if I drink it after 10 or 11 in the morning I'm up all night. but I take about a teaspoon of kratom in the morning before work, then another teaspoon in the evening helps me breeze through chores in the house and in the garden -- and when it's time to go to bed, I fall asleep and stay asleep! no nausea, no jitters, no insomnia. it's just a nice steady energizer (with plenty of nutritional value, too).
