"When I first read about this company using Google, I could only find old comments from people on Reddit from several years ago, talking about how they have good product but terrible customer support. I started using Kraken several months ago and have only ever had a great experience — extremely fast shipping (I always receive my product on the third day after ordering. So if I order on Monday, it comes on Wednesday), really good product compared to what I've tried before, and good prices. Much better prices than my local stores, in fact. One time I've had to use support because they sent me half of what I ordered, so I contacted them immediately. They responded early on the first business day back in the office (I emailed on Saturday night after closing hours for the weekend, as I received the product Saturday afternoon) and made their mistake right that same day, by sending me the other half. No issues, good product, and overall a good buying experience. I likely won't be using other websites anymore for this product."
