As someone new to their product, they have been quick and patient when I have asked specific questions about their product. When I made an operational error with my order, they contacted me quickly, and gave me two options on how I could proceed. They didn’t have to do this, it had been my fault (forgetting to apply points or something).

Want some anecdotal evidence? My 66 year old mother suffers from Lyme and still babysits her grandson full time despite the pain.
