"I bought a red dot site. One that required i provide and email address to receive the price. The price was $80 below any price I had seen so I ordered it. My confirmation email confirmed the price. A week later it shipped and I checked my credit card and they had charged the full price. It took refusing the shipment and three days of back and forth with customer service but they finally credited back the agreed upon price.

So if you order from an internet price be sure to check your credit card company. Makes on wonder how many do not and get charged more."

"Ordered a Canik T99SFX with a Vortex Venom red dot sight back in February. Placed the gun on layaway and finished paying for it last week. When I received it, the handgun had a Vortex Viper red dot, rather than the Venom.

I called their CS and was told that they ran out of Venoms and shipped me the Viper instead. Normally when you order a firearm via layaway, the retailer will pull the gun and set it aside until you finish paying for it. Evidently Kentucky Gun co, does not do that. They kept selling them to people who ordered after I did without setting one aside for me. I am also not terribly pleased that they shipped me a different red dot without even letting me know there was an issue with the item I ordered.

Not a big deal really, but if you use layaway through them, be aware that when you pay off the item, it may not be available for awhile."
