"I place my order knowing it would be two to three weeks for my order to process and ship. I called 5 days into the fourth week checking on the status of my order, I talked to a representative and they put me on hold while they looked into my order. The rep came back on the phone and asked if he could call me back when he got the information, he never called back. I did however check the status of my order shortly after on their website and my order was being shipped that day. I'm not sure if my order slipped through the cracks or what but when I called it got shipped immediately. That is my only complaint, they shipped priority mail and it arrived two days later. Beside having to call, they did a very good job of getting my order to me. "
