"Price was good on my High Point considering the ridiculous increase of prices on Guns and ammo. My only problem here was lack of communication throughout the process which I must say really surprised me. First let me say the webpage loads and you may get error that it may be a scam site (saw other people review and question it in forums). So I place an order and pay by check through text feature they offer on the site. No problems there. That was on a Thursday or Friday night. The only message I received after that was one to say the check was accepted. I submitted my FFL information, I emailed Kygunco several times and never got response so I had to call them. The guy was nice and said we got your info and FFL info etc but there was 2500 orders ahead of you so we will ship your package out as soon as we can. We will notify you when we do. I kept an eye on my order history on their website and the status never changes or updates.. I only assumed my order was finally on the way when I got updates by the shipping company and I assumed the sender address. I had to email my FFL and he confirmed that my package has arrived. In this day and age usually we get an email when you place and order,one when it's being processed, one when it ships, and usually another when they know it arrived. So my advice to KyGunCo is think about your customers and provide an update here and there. It's not that hard. Otherwise I would still shop again if there is a good deal and it's in stock."

After running out of places to look, I started doing Internet searches on little known (to me, at least) online gun dealers. I found a review that mention KGC, I looked and they had what I wanted. "Purchased a Rossi 22mag semi auto from them online. They will not take a fire arm back after it has been transferred. I got the gun home and took it apart to clean before firing. It was covered in oil. Upon inspection I found a factory defect with the rifle. I shipped it back to Rossi. Rossi said the rifle was defective and could not be repaired. They would have to ship me a new firearm but the only problem is that the rifle is not in stock and Rossi had no idea when it would be in stock. So now I have to file a complaint against Rossi with the Consumer Protection Agency and the BBB. I am out close to 300.00 with nothing to show for it."
