"Horrible experience. I ordered a LW Springfield Champion Operator last Friday. This has been an extremely hard gun to find, so I was amazed that after searching for over two hours on the internet, I found Kentucky Gun Co. And they had one left in stock. I ordered it on Friday April 6th. On Monday, I called Kentucky Gun Co. and talked to a gentleman in the online sales dept. and explained that I would like to double check that they actually have it in stock because it's such a rare gun. On monday morning I saw in my local paper a used lw champion op. for sale so I definitley wanted to touch base with Kentucky Gun Co. and have them put "hands on" the gun. If they didnt have it in stock, I was going to buy the used one. Well the guy I spoke with said "look, the computer is in real time. Therefore if it says we have one, then we have it. I dont need to put hands on cause the computer is accurate". Well, today Tuesday April 10th I called again to check the status. Their reply? "Sorry, we were just about to call you, its not in stock". Are you kidding me? Even after doing my part and excercising due diligence and requesting that they check on monday, and they made me look like a fool because the computer is supposed to be all-knowing. I understand you might have an excuse of "well, sales floor must have sold it in the 20secs that our computer was updating..." Dont buy that but whatever. Point is:When a customer asks you to put hands-on..then frickin get off your lazy butt and put hands on. No excuses. Oh, and to top it off...the local lw champion operator has been sold. Thanks Kentucky Gun Co. Never ever again. "
