"Bought a Sig 1911R TacOps carry w/threaded barrel. It was a great price purchased it on a friday after their store hours due to four hour time difference in Alaska. They were unable to to locate the gun case due to a recent move of inventory. They called me within a few days and it was around the thanksgiving holiday. Since I live in Alaska they comp. my shipping and provided another gun case. When they shipped the gun they sent it with only 1 magazine I sent them a email they responded same day and sent the the other magazines next day. When they called about not being able to find the original sig case they gave me the option of changing my order or canceling, I asked them I they find the sig case w/ serial # and make and model they said they would ship it to me. I know and understand that the value of the gun is worth more if you have everything original but since Im not planning on selling it was not a point of contention. due to the fact that this was atypical transition they were honest upfront and took action to make everything right.
