"Only issue I had was a miscommunication regarding my FFL. They had it on file already but were holding up the order waiting for a faxed copy. Once I straightened that out everything went great. Customer service was very responsive and I would use them again for sure. The shipping delay may have been partially my fault. Even though I selected my FFL from their online list I did put the FFL name in the notes section of the order so that may have made them think that they did not have it on file already."

"A little disappointed with the experience. Some of it is my fault. I was on the Rock River Arms site looking at the AR15 NM A4 rifle and that is the one that I was after. (The newest version with the chrome bolt and chrome trigger.) That is not the version that I received. It must be a older production run. I have to say I shoulder some of the responsibility because I did not ask them to verify or clarify, in fact I did not ask I just believed it would be the same gone as on the RRA site. So Should I say, my fault. But I e mailed them 4 times with other questions and only got one response. This was in the course of a week. When the FFL dealer in my area received the package it had been sealed so poorly that the box was actually open. I was not happy about this. Before the dealer entered it into the log we inspected it thoroughly and could not determine anything was missing but does leave me with a bad taste overall."
