Bailey stepped in and immediately fixed a glitch when I noticed an error message appearing on the web site. He even stepped in and went above and beyond what most costumer service personnel would do - he personally contacted my FFL dealer when they (the FFL dealer) were having difficulty completing the proper paperwork. The web site is easy to navigate through, the assortment of products is extensive and very well priced. This company is a superb representation of quality products and customer service. "I placed my order in the evening on 6/29, it was shipped out before noon on 6/30, and arrived on 7/2. The item had a small amount of debris in the chamber where the little plastic safety insert is placed, but it was easy to clean out. I also had a problem with one of the magazines being the wrong one, and KYGun was very quick to remedy this problem for me. Great price, great customer service."
"Kentucky Gun Company did a good job. However there were a few issues in my order that were unfortunate, but not all were Kentucky Gun Company's fault. The first was that the gun I ordered due to a website glitch was not actually in stock but in their warehouse, so it had to ship to the store before it could be shipped to me. The second was not their fault but still frustrating. USPS continued to delay the shipment for several days after it was supposed to arrive, but because its USPS they do not guarantee shipping time as opposed to UPS. Therefore it took almost 2 weeks total to receive my order due to all of the hold ups."
