"I bought a pair of boots in close out section they were defective I returned them and they refunded purches price I ordered new ones they arrived good to go shipping on the first order was extreamly fast the second was not quite as fast 2 days 1st time 5 days second which was due to hold on shipping. "I ordered a $35 pair of boot and got charged $15 shipping. They were defective as i couldn't even get my foot pasr the upper part of boot, my wife even had a harrd time getting her foot into the boot. They were defunetly irregular. Most but bot all of the boot price got refunded minus the origional shipping and me having to pay $15 to return boots. I'm out $30 because they ship defective products "

I immediately sent an email to their customer service asking to switch to the "regular" width and never got a reply until 2 days later i was told "sorry it's now too late to change your order as it has already shipped?" I emailed back that I had sent that original email literally SECONDS after placing my order, and 3.5 weeks later have yet to receive any reply. "
