I immediately sent an email to their customer service asking to switch to the "regular" width and never got a reply until 2 days later i was told "sorry it's now too late to change your order as it has already shipped?" I emailed back that I had sent that original email literally SECONDS after placing my order, and 3.5 weeks later have yet to receive any reply. "

"Low prices but the customer service is poor, and I had a problem with a back-ordered item. Kept waiting, and waiting, and waiting months, for one item. Customer service never updated with any information. One time I called customer service, was told that they would contact the company from where my item was coming from and see what was going on. I was told that I would be sent an email with an explanation. Customer service failed, did not get any email. Finally, I called customer service again, only to find out that it would be another month (at minimum) for my missing item. Told customer service that I was not a happy customer, and that LA Police Gear strives for customer satisfaction. I told customer service that I have found the same item at other stores in stock. Customer service said if other stores have it, he suggested I buy it from them and cancel my order. So I cancelled my order. Waste of my time. Why not try and make a customer happy. Could have been offered free shipping for my long wait, a coupon, discount, anything. Not here."
"Placed an order on 01/20/2013 the item was on back ordered 6-7days. I did not receive an email with a status update,I called today and their response was they will call the company they purchase from. When I look on their site for an eta on that item it give the customer the illusion that is on back order for 6-7day. Which is completely wrong!!! The company has good deals but very poor service and their shipping time is horrible. I place an order yesterday only because I forgot about my previous order!!!"
