"My first experience with buying a product from LA Police Gear. The price point was great, and the product (5.11 Taclite Pro pants) was in stock and shipped out very quickly. The product arrived in great shape, and was just as ordered. The fit and quality of the pants appears to be very good, even though I haven't really had an opportunity to wear them yet here in Michigan.

From the standpoint of an "initial impression," I am inclined to order again from LA Police Gear and would recommend to my friends and colleagues."

"I ordered two pair of Vertx pants, at $44.95 each, and saw a promotion on the website stating a Vertx cap would be sent with any purchase over $75. When the purchase was ordered, the computer generated an entry for promotional item. When I received my package, there was no promo cap. I contacted your company and was advised that the computer added the cap by mistake and that my order did not qualify for a promo. I then sent a link to the page with the promo advertised on it. I was then told that your company did not have anymore of those caps, but would send me a 5.11 cap if I wanted one. I agreed, and asked for a certain one. I was advised that the one I requested was not a promo item, and they would send a different one. When it arrived, it was a 2012 5.11 cap, rather than a 2013, although the packing slip stated 2013 promo cap. Needless to say, I was less than impressed with the customer service, and the lack of desire to make a wrong right for a customer, even when the mistake was on the part of your company. "

"The shirts seem to be fine. I wore the pants one time & they snagged on a concrete/stucco wall during training & frayed (snagged)so I'm not to happy with them. They do not seem to be quality pants. Also by the time you pay shipping charges i could have ordered & received either proppers or 511."
