"Overall, I give LA Police Gear an excellent rating. They ship quickly and returns are easy. However, I wish they would revise their exchange policy and include shipping on exchanges. Currently, you have to reorder an item for which you want an exchange, which means you end up paying for shipping again. After paying for shipping on the initial purchase, then paying to ship the return, you then have to pay for shipping for the exchange. I recently payed over $40 in shipping to order a pair of $39 boots! Makes me feel like an idiot, but they were pretty nice boots for the price, that is until you figure in the shipping."
