"I will start by saying I had shopped at La Police Gear in the past and it was good. But this time was terrible.I ordered a TAG Recon Ruck for my upcoming deployment. I placed the order 12/25/2012 the Item was backordered 14-16 days which was fine as I knew this at the time of ordering. My order was than filled on 01/07/2013 and then pending shipment. Which was plenty of time as I paid for International expedited shipping to Australia($138.00) 3-5 days transit. I am deploying around the 01/23/2013.A few days went by so I sent a couple of emails to customer service asking when it will be shipped,I never got a reply. As the days went on and the window for the shipping got smaller I rang Customer Service everyday and emailed pleading for answers and assistance,explaining my situation for 5 days straight. I was told EVERY day that "it will definitely ship today" and that they don't know why it hadn't the day before,I was also told at one point that "it had shipped and the tracking info will be emailed to me today". This same process went for 5 days with every day being told it was still sitting there. So the last day came for it to be shipped in time, I rang and explained "yes definitely shipping today". That afternoon I called to see whether it had been shipped, NO! so I then had to cancel the order. Order cancelled..right..wrong. Waited the weekend rang again order hadn't been cancelled still awaiting shipment..IN THE WAREHOUSE! Now it is finally cancelled,(01/22/2013) awaiting recredit. No point in spending $138.00 express post(3-5)days for it to sit in a warehouse for 15+ days. Deploy tomorrow with not the gear I wanted, after this experience unfortunately I can't recommend La Police Gear.
