"LA Police Gear provides an excellent selection of merchandise at very competitive prices. My first order with them was great. My second order however has some unresolved hiccups. I ordered several items in preparation for a military deployment and had strict time lines in which I could still receive the items. One of the items was on backorder, though it appeared in stock on their websites automated inventory. When I found out I requested it be cancelled and the rest of the items shipped. A few weeks later, I find out they shipped and billed me for the item that was suppose to be cancelled. I'm deployed overseas with no way of receiving or returning the item, and so far all my contact with their customer service department has been uncooperative and unsympathetic to my problem. For a company that is suppose to be military friendly I am shocked at their lack of support or care in resolving this issue. There are too many other options available for my business to be returning here in the future. "
