"Overall, horrible experience. Placed and order dec 17. Online it said everything shipped out the 19th. I waited a few days. Because apparently the items shipped out the 19th. But the order status said pending shipment. I called up customer service to see what the deal was. She said she would look in to it and get back to me in a couple hours. No email, no phone call. They go on Christmas vacation(I wasn't mad at this point either). I call back mid afternoon the 26. "We will try and get you a tracking number", "try?" Today is the 27th and the order still hasn't shipped. When like I said earlier, it was shipped the 19th. I finally got a tracking number( maybe to make me stay off their backs). But, it was picked up the 27th. Im just saying, I personally had a bad experience. I'll try them one more time, maybe, if I actually ever get my order."

The only thing that i wish could had been done was, I had asked when I ordered the boots to have a camel bak bottle instead of a coffee mug, since it still showed as a promo item. But it was never addressed. Even if a note was sent sorry we cant do would had been good. For my first order no complaints."
