"I made a large order and included in it was some paracord which i had purchased several times in the past. Got my order but it contained a totally different brand of para. Called it in but the company claimed it was the same company and the same product. When comparing it to previous orders of the same item, it clearly was not. I sent it back on my own dime. I placed a new order. Again i ordered the paracord and put in a note explaining the previous situation and for them to send me the correct product. Same mistake was made again.

Customer service is terrible. Representative refuses to acknowledge her mistake and they are attempting to make me send this second order back with my own money. Unacceptable customer service in this day and age."
