"I have been ordering from LAPoliceGear.com for about 6 years now. I have never had a bad experince from them, if there was a question about anything, I was contacted almost before I put the phone down or sent an email. Their Customer Service department has always been more than helpful with any questions or the few returns that I have had. There has never been a question about the returns, even on a closeout order that we had a small problem with. My recent order for the weapon lights was so impressive more of the people I work with want to order them. "Ordered 2 pairs of Tru-Spec 24/7 shorts and one 24/7 shirt. All of this was from the close out section. All 3 stated they were in stock when I picked my size. Package arrived with only the shirt. Customer service told me I missed the fine print. Web site could use some help with proper information about what is in stock. However, the shirt is great.
Made pervious order of LA Gear Mil-spec pants on May 8th and was informed they are on backorder. Still waiting on June 13th. I'll cancel the order. "

"I've ordered from them a dozen or so times, and the average time for them to get a shipment out is around 5 days. Could be faster. Their specials and "you save" prices are a gimmick at best, LAPG's prices match or occasionally are outdone by other stores, very rarely are their prices lower than anyone else's. They also are evidently out of stock on more items than are in stock. Lastly, they are a bit inflexible on ordering options, twice I ordered a pair of pants that come bundled with a belt and the default belt packaged is too small. The second time I ordered them I requested that they package my pants with a belt one size larger. Their response, "sorry, those are prepackaged by the manufacturer, there's nothing we can do." Hard to believe. I will add that their live chat customer service is among the easiest I've used, I always get a human within 5 or less minutes."
