"Owner George told me over the phone it was not necessary to purchase an external battery pack with my purchase of the QFlash Trio.(a $650.00 purchase). In which we had a conversation about in detail. I explained to him, I needed the flash quickly for two upcoming photo shoots, as a result of him not being honest....I was not able to use the flash because it IN FACT it DOES require an external battery pack, which I did not order. Also, I would NOT have purchased this flash if I had known I would have to spend an additional 400.00 for a battery pack. ALSO, I originally found the item on E bay, George said if I purchased the flash on the website and not through E bay he would give me a $25.00 discount, which I was NOT given. Now I have a 650.00 investment, that I can't use, unless I fork out an additional 400.00 Contemplating returning the item, but with all the DISHONESTY I have encountered, am afraid to deal with this company."

"Excellent. Shipping was fast, product arrived as expected, and I had no problems. One suggestion would be that you could offer a slower shipping option for a lesser cost. Or if you already do make it more visible, as I didn't see it. I was very pleased with the speed at which the product arrived (overnight to Saskatoon is very fast), but probably would have opted for cheaper shipping if it were available. Not really a complaint, though."

Experience went smoothly. We received the product and were happy with our initial uses. I like that it comes complete with a case. However, I think there should be a safer way to store the glass. Maybe there's a suggested method.
