The only irritation is the draconian credit card shipping/billing address policy, but nowadays I can understand. For my field recordings I needed a 7" HD monitor that I could attach to my camcorder. I did some research online and concluded that LCD4Video had what I needed to the right price.

So I made my order and payed with my paypal acclount. Although LCD4Video is a continent and an ocean away from where I live, it only took 2-3 days to get my stuff here, and I didn't pay a fortune for the shipping.

Today I ordered some more video equipment and it was shipped a couple of hours later. So, yes - I'm definitely a satisfied customer. Good stuff, good prices and professional and fast delivery.

"I needed a teleprompter next day and kept ending up at LDC4Video at every stop on my web search. I tried to call them several times to verify they could deliver next day, but got an answering machine. I emailed and they disclaimed it may take a while for them to repsond as they are continuously filling orders. I took a chance an ordered the product for next day express. A couple hours later I tried to call again, and was successful in getting a live person. I told them my desperate need of needing next day, and they gladly sorted through the orders to find mine (about 5 minutes) and confirmed it would ship that day. Meanwhile I received a reply to my earlier email stating the same, that they could deliver next day. I did receive a second email once they realized I had already ordered, to let me know it was boxed and waiting for FED-X to pickup. The next morning, I had my product and it was in a nice case. Either I overlooked that was included on their website or it's not mentioned, but that was the icing on the cake, I was very impressed. Turns out my gig was cancelled so I didn't even get to use the product after all that, but from the looks of the components, it seems good for the money. I couldn't find a more value comparison in my search. I'm very pleased with everything about the company. The only thing I might suggest is to get a more professional voice message. I was a little skeptical at first when after 2 rings it picked up and the message sounded like it was from an 18 year old. Made me a little unsure - just sayin'.
