After we accept the amount of our order, it came a ProForma Invoice and we pay this on 30-05-2018.
The last what we hear is a "Thank you for your payment" and today is the 18-06-2018 and nothing happens.

"LCDscreen.com takes your money and does not deliver. Our order has disappeared from their system despite the fact that our credit card was charged. When we called the phone number on their website on 10/5/2015, it was disconnected. We called on 10/6/2015 and the automated system placed us on indefinite hold, stating we were next in line for a representative repeatedly. Their emails were signed, "Sales", with no name or contact number.
If you value your money, stay away. "
"They sent an email confirming purchase with a note that they would email with tracking information when package has shipped. It has been over a week since purchase. I have attempted to call and their phone is disconnected and have written 10 emails over the course of days and have gotten only one response that they are looking into the issue and will get back to me. I Will never use this company again and warn anybody who is shopping to stay away!!"
"I placed an order for a Toshiba laptop screen on a Saturday, and figured it wouldn't be processed until the following Monday. That Monday, I called the company to confirm my order and to check the status. The automated system told me I was first in line and hold time was less than 1 minute, however it took 15 minutes for Samuel to answer the phone. He told me my order was there, and would either be shipped out that day, or the next. That Wednesday, my order online continued to show "processing," and I noticed they had taken not only the money for the screen out from my account, but an "international processing fee." Apparently, the company is not based in Miami Beach as their web site states, but according to my bank, in Great Britain. That explains the continuous echo of my voice during my conversation with Samuel. I called him again and after waiting another 12 minutes being first in line and wait time less than one minute, Samuel comes on the phone again. I asked him about the fee, and he denied having anything to do with it. I inquired about the status of my order and he said he had to check his warehouse if it's in stock, and would call me. The call never came. I called again and after some lame excuse why he didn't call me, I told him to cancel the order and refund my credit card. I also asked for an email from him stating that the order was cancelled and that he was working on credit back. He agreed, but as expected, no email ever showed up. I told him that if he did not credit my account that I would file a dispute with my bank which is exactly what I've had to do. I know my bank will take care of it, but I want prospective screen shoppers to avoid this company completely. Apparently, they are not what they say they are, and are only after your money. Thank goodness the FDIC insurance makes sure that I will receive my money back. "
"I was sent the wrong screen. When I contacted them by email as directed on the website they never responded. When I try to call it says you are next in line your call will be taken in approximately one minute, but no one ever comes on. If you wait for over ten minutes or so it just hangs up on you. Tried to call a third time and I now get a message saying the number is no longer in service. Checked to make sure it was the number listed on the website and it is. So I have the wrong screen now and no way to resolve it with them as I can not get in contact with them. Frustrating. "

"I ordered 2 LCD screens for an HP and an Acer netbook. At first the charges showed on my credit card account online, then dropped off after a few days and the card was not charged. Screens were not shipped as far as I know.
After 1 week, I sent email, and left a message on phone, but have not heard back after about 10 days.
