I coordinated with Jasmine Ortiz via email and by phone so she could make sure that the replacement screen would be 100% compatiable with my old screen. I placed order Feb 11 received Feb 12th. "Terrible. Actually, terrible is very light describing their service. I initially ordered a screen on 8/11 (today marks the one month mark) and I still haven't received a good screen yet.

First time I called them (1 week), they said they misunderstood my order and will place it then. Second time (end of 2nd week), they said they didn't have it in stock and will have to wait another week. Third time (end of 3rd week), they said the order is pending because they needed a photo of the back of my screen, which was never mentioned previously. I think I called them everyday since that, and by week 4, I finally received a screen, and the backlight of the screen was BAD. Not to mention the fact that the screen was only 71, as described on the website, but they charged me 86. I contacted them for a return/exchange, and they never replied.

It was a huge mistake that I chose their company in the first place. It's been A MONTH since my screen broke. I really can't believe my patience. Also they NEVER replied to ANY of my emails, but I do know that the address is right. My only advice is don't do business with them. Really, it would give you huge headaches. "Most terrible company I have ever dealed with on the Internet. I needed an LCD screen for a client and chose overnight delivery. It says if ordered before 4pm then it will ship that day. It is now 9 days since my order and havent received any communication from them. Tried calling them twice and only received a voicemail - no call back. I am working with paypal now to get a refund.
