"Worked with sales here to get 71 LED Stadium Lights for a golf course and given a leadtime of 4-6 weeks. After purchase went through and promised ship date had passed there was little to no communication about the status of our order. They never provided any tracking information, whereabouts, or status of our shipment whatsoever. At one point the CEO of the company himself hung up on me while I was asking for more information to help track the shipment. Fixtures ended up arriving 10 weeks after purchase with no notice and little to no communication about the shipment process. The CEO offered an apology and agreed to discount the final invoice amount to make up for damages"
