"For some reason LG Outdoors see customers as someone to torment. WOW. I ordered two each single gun safes on Gun Broker. Over $500 in total. Seller happen to be LG Outdoors. Never heard of them but OK. I went through their own check out, meaning I had to fill out all of my info even though if they would use Gun Broker's checkout system it would be much easier for their customers as Gun Broker's checkout has all of our info in. Regardless, went through the process, and being I ordered two different items had to go through entering all my info 2x.
Received an email a day later asking me to contact them. I did and was asked to verify my credit card info, was told well part of your address you are shipping to can you explain. I answered, I am sorry I can't. This is the address I ship to often and haven't heard the issue before. Person stated ok well its ok we'll get it shipped out. 2 days later received an email stating my order was cancelled. I called and was told 'my manager didn't feel comfortable with your answers so cancelled your order''. I called my MasterCard holder and discussed issue. They stated that my apartment number 3038 could be moved to another line and possibly make it better but that they see that the charge went through. I emailed back with that information and below is the remainder of the emails.....
Their email response......reason is that it is shipping to an different address that is also in a different state.....
My response....If your verifier really was still concerned with my information to the point that my order would be cancelled, wouldn’t he have tried to have me explain it? If your company really does think I am using a stolen card, isn’t it your company’s responsibility to report me to authorities? Did your company do that? If not why not? I like your product which is why I bought and paid for it. I gave you the same shipping and payment information your company received on another order from me, ordered the same night on Gun Broker. .... I have a perfect rating on Gun Broker and and a Gold Charter member, so by now you must know you don’t have a criminal trying to rip you off. Might I suggest you do for me what I am doing for your company. Give me the benefit of the doubt and undo what you have done to harm me. That will fix this entire issue and we can move on.
