"I ordered a $600 air rifle as a present for myself for a great quarter at work. I am by no means a rich man, this was big purchase for me. They sent me the wrong caliber rifle, when I contacted them (immediately after opening the box) they couldn't have cared less and asked that I send it back so they can refund the purchase price to my card and then asked that I re-order the same rifle I ordered the first time around. No thanks! Avoid at all costs, the prices are cheap for a reason!

They refused to exchange even though it was their fault. Why should I order it again when they screwed it up the first time. I will be happy to spend more to order from a different company.

"They do not honor what they put out there for the price. I own my business and if I made a mistake I would honor it and fix the pricing issue instead of being rude. Maybe they should hire someone that can do there job right."

"LG Outdoors is a terrible company with awful service. I was able to contact Mossberg directly and they were shocked that LG Outdoors treated customers this way. Mossberg was willing to send me the right product as a gesture of goodwill as I own many Mossberg products. Mossberg Corporation went above and beyond to satisfy a customer of theirs that had bought one of their products from a less than customer centric or customer fair, LG Outdoors!
Below find the letter I sent to LG Outdoors Customer Service.

Dear LG,

As a recent customer that received the wrong Mossberg product (PO # 494513) from you and tried to exchange it, I wanted to take the time to write you a note. Your customer service refused to take back my new product because I opened the box. I have all the original packaging and invoices/paperwork, but both CS and the CS Manager refused. They told me that LG’s policy was not to accept customer orders back if the package was opened, and if I didn’t like it to call Mossberg Corporation. Well I didn’t like it or the way I was treated so I called Mossberg Corporation directly and spoke to both customer service and dealer services. They were appalled by your treatment of a Mossberg customer and wanted all of your company details, which I gladly gave them. Not only will I never do business with LG Outdoors, neither will my hunting buddies, friends and family. Hopefully Mossberg dealer services will cancel your company too. Mossberg found out that you are not an authorized dealer, but buy from a distributor, so they are contacting the distributor to tell them to cease selling all Mossberg products to LG Outdoors.

Well, there you have it. Act in bad faith, treat customers terribly…….this is what you get. With the internet being what it is, the wrath for your bad faith and treatment has just begun. You do not deserve to be in business!

"Bought a broken air gun by them and they refuse to refund. The gun has a pellet in it and they claim it was jammed in there and they cant get it out. Know why they cant get it out? CUS THE GUNS BROKE AND WONT SHOOT IT OUT! And yet they refuse to help in any way and are exteremly rude. Do not shop here they r thieves "

"I hate to even give them one star! I ordered a bow for my son for Christmas. They supposedly shipped it - NEVER got it. My tracking said returned by post office and marked undeliverable? I had 38 other packages from other companies delivered with no problem at all. I contacted LG Outdoors and asked if I could change the address and get another bow before Christmas. Customer Service ignored the question completely and stated they were processing a refund. Days go by and I placed an order with Cabela's for a similar item, and then I receive an e-mail from LG Outdoors saying that my refund would be less a 15% restocking fee, and I had to pay for shipping both ways. Seems bogus. I'm not fully convinced that they shipped my item at all. Sounds like a scam to collect fees from unexpecting customers to me. Beware!!!"

"I placed an order with them over a week ago. Was advised they would email me confirmation, never did. Now a week later, still don't have product, or email confirmation. Customer service is extremely rude, unprofessional. Also beware, they record phone conversations without letting you know. I was told product was supposed to come today, due to a problem at ups I now must wait until next week to receive my order. I needed these magazines for this weekend. Spoke to customer service manager Kevin, who could care less and advised me that it's my problem. I urge you never to use this company, I can't imagine them surviving for ever with that attitude."

"LG Outdoor customer service is very very rude. When they lost shipping item to you, then want you to pay again for the shipping plus handling charge if they send replacement. If you want to cancel, they charge you a high so called "restocking" fee. All their shipment is shipped with NO tracking, because they use a small deliver service called GPSshipping. NO way you know when your item is.

LG outdoor is making money on over charging fees from customer. Customer service guy answered the phone is pure a jerk. DO NOT BUY FROM LG OUTDOORs.

"Placed an order and the shipped it< got all the way to Oakland CA, UPS sent it back because of improper packaging. Called and spoke with their joke of a "Customer Service Department" was told that the package was going to be received that day and would take 8 to 10 days to process. I told them you already know what was in the package because they already debited my bank account, just send me the same things and package it correctly, simple enough to me! not to them however. I was told the did not know what was missing so they couldn't reship! I reminded them that I was already out the $ and had nothing to show for it and the correct thing to do was reship it overnight and settle it with the shipping company, No way they could do that according to them. I told them after quite a long conversation to just refund my $, was told it would take 5 to 7 business days, still waiting!"

"Scam artist when it comes to shipping and handling. Charged three times what the item cost for shipping. Tried to cancel same day it was placed. No luck. They shipped it anyway. Customer service is a joke. Once they get your money you are out of luck. Do yourself a favor and stay away."

"No communication with customers at all and the worst customer service!!!
