"They pride themselves on up to the minute stock availability, however when I ordered 2 of the same item that were in stock I only received one. They charged me for both but never contacted me about the missing item. I had to contact them and the phone rep said they would ship it on the next business day and I would receive an email to confirm the shipment. After 3 business days I called again only then did they say they did not have any in stock and that it was backordered from the manufacture. They did not offer to refund my money, I had to ask for it. I won't be do business with LG Outdoors again!"

"I would have given a 5 star rating but the "new" Remington barrel I received has some slight damage to the muzzle end and two of the three chokes were missing along with the choke tool. When I contacted LG, they basically pointed me to Remington to get the additional chokes. Remington was very helpful and my chokes and tool are in the mail to me at no cost to me. "

“No inventory system is perfect. Some times inventory is put in the wrong bin, some times it's pulled from the wrong bin and some times there is thift. Howevery we fill more then 99.5 % of all orders with out error.”
