“Customer placed order on 11/21/2013. We shipped the item the next day on 11/22/2013. Here is your tracking number 1ZAV03570330372358. This item would have been delivered late last week, but ups was closed due to the holidays. Ups shows it is out for delivery today. We are sorry, but we have no control over when ups take holidays. The item is still being delivered within the 3-5 business days as advertised.”

“Sorry you had difficulty with the chaeck out system. We have about 20,000 orders a month go thru it with out any issues. About shipping cost, we have no control over what UPS charges. Your order weight is sent to UPS over the Internet and they return the cost to us and that is exactly what you pay. We do not mark up shipping at all!”

"ist. order sent to wrong zip code dont know whose fault. when i called,after 10? days,avery snotty young man gave me that info. no one notified me that my order was returned. i had to re-order. time from start to second shipment recieved was approx. 3 weeks. 11/02 to 11/25. shipping should have sent an e-mail. obviously you have my address"

"ORDERED A SLUGSTER BBL W/SCOPE. . . ON A FRI, LATE IN THE DAY. . .PAD $40 EXTRA FRHT, SO AS TO HUNT WITH IT. . . CALLED WED TO CHECK WHY I HADN'T GOTTEN OT YET. . .WAS TOLD "OOPS", SOME HOW THE ORDER JUST DIDN'T "MAKE IT" FROM THE MAINE OFFICE WHERE ORDERED, TO THE "WARE HSE" IN LA. . . . THOUGHT THAT THEN, IT WAS "TAKEN CARE OFF". . .BUT NOPE, HAD TO CALL AGAIN. . . THIS TIME KELLY MADE DAMN SUE IT WAS DONE. . .& DONE RIGHT & ON THE WAY. . .BUT I PAID THE EXTRA $40 FO NOTHING. . .BELIEVE THAT A STORE CREDIT, OR SOMETHING, SHOULD BE SENT TO ME. . .THANKS, CAPT JOHN"

"Some orders go smooth, without a glitch. This one didn't. I received the wrong item twice. However, I would order from them again based on the customer service I received in getting the correct item. Any order can have a problem, but it's how customer service handles the problem that's important to me. Their price was good and their service after the sale was excellent. In the future, if they have a product I want/need, I won't hesitate to order from them again...100% satisfied."
