"I received my order 2/20/24. I started the return process 2/21/24. I have yet to receive a full return address. Instead they gave partial address & suggested I check return shipping cost 1st or accept partial refund & future credit. I expressed the quality of clothing is not worth keeping even if they were free - they've stopped responding- its been 3 business days. All I want is a complete return address & my money back.
The sequin material (fish scale as they call it) is cheap, you can see the white fabric underneath what looks like spray painted fabric, the black patterned are crooked. The pants are super thin & w/o mesh inserts as described, the material gives a colorblock effect vs true colorblocking. Bustier size chart is way off. Lesson learned!! I wish I could post the actual products I received. Shipping was a little longer than expected. They do not over express/overnight delivery. "

"Order a XL in a skirt since I usually wear a large and these sizes are made small. Skirt arrived with no size on it and was extremely small. I think they didn't have any XL so the send what they had. Very disappointed because i paid $62 for the skirt."

"Purchased a dress for an event and it took about 2 months to receive it. Then I get the dress and the quality is terrible different fabric as shown in description, beading was falling apart, threading coming loose and a hole in the shear part (not repairable) and did not fit properly and poorly stitched I sent pictures in and requested a refund when I finally got an email back they told me I would get a full refund then in the next sentence told me I had to pay for the return of the item because they don’t except free returns on items they shipped out that was damaged prior to me receiving it and wanted to offer me 15$ of a refund which is less then half I paid for the dress. Or 24$ store credit as if I was ever going to order from them again. Absolutely terrible!!!!"

"I ordered a jean jumpsuit with silver chain accessory. When I opened the box and held up the item the silver chain was broken on one side. I reached out to customer service via email and was told I would have to pay for exchanges or returns for "their damaged" item which is half of the cost of the item. I wish I could attach a picture.

Initially they offered me a discount if I keep the dress but I refused and I sent it back to USA paying the shipping cost and I shared the reference number. After more than 1 month they are not able to check if they received it! Don’t buy they are thief!! I will write it everyday, everywhere "

"I place an order for a dress and I had to email them for the tracking two weeks later , I did receive the dress about 1 week in a hour after contacting them about my order. Once I received my order I opened it and it was nothing like the picture it was a totally different color it also had a HUGE tear on the side of the dress & the quality of the product was very very cheap… I was so dissatisfied so I emailed them to let them know about the product even sending pictures of how I received it & they I thought they would offer to replace it but they didn’t the tried to offer me a 65% when I don’t understand why I wouldn’t get a 100% refund so moral of my story is I don’t not recommend ordering from the company. "I absolutely do not recommend shopping with this business they are very unprofessional and do not care about there customers receiving there items or being compensated if they don’t! All they do is take your money! I ordered my birthday dress and never received it due to an incorrect shipping error on their end and they never corrected the issue or issued me a refund after I contacted them multiple times to discuss the issue they just kept sending me back to the post office, and I received no help. They also kept the dress and kept my money! Again I highly recommend not shopping with this business they do not care about quality assurance or making sure that people are compensated for the money that they spend. I had a horrible experience with them trying to order my birthday dress. It was so frustrating. I want to tell everyone how much I hate this business for taking my $70 That I worked hard for !
