"I ordered a two piece outfit from LORAGAL in May this year and the outfit was very small, I sent an email on the 23/06/23 to LORAGAL explaining that I was happy for an exchange of a bigger size they responded immediately explaining that I could keep the original item then receive the size that I wanted at half price. I emailed back stating that, that would not make any sense, emails were going back and forth until I sent back the outfit with all the details they asked me to complete. I have been sending emails upon emails to find out what has happened to my outfit or for a refund and no reply. I know that the item had reached the destination because I tracked it to Staten Island NY.

"I ordered the Lace Corset Layered Tulle slit prom dress in pink. I paid the full price, I get the dress, it’s a different color pink from the pink dress I ordered! The dress was like I sloppy version of the dress in the picture! The dress was made horrible. I contact loragal to get a refund, they give me the runaround and then I have to pay for shipping which is as much as the $50 I paid for the dress. "Shipping took entirely too long. I ordered something in May it did not arrive until June. Then when it arrived I requested a return. I received so much back and forth about a simple return and they didn't even provide the return address. I'm sending an email to support multiple times requesting a shipping address. The service is poor never ordering from them again. The denim jumpsuit looked nothing like the picture. I mean nothing. "
"Where do I start? First, I received my order in 2 separate deliveries. When I inquired about the missing dress, the Customer Service representative basically called me a liar and stated all merchandise was in one package when I clear sent a photo of the dress and it saying awaiting shipment. Secondly, I told them the shoes I purchased was too big. They responded by requesting photo of the shoes and barcodes of the package the items were mailed in. I sent everything asked of. Afterwards, they responded by saying since you did not receive your second package, do you mind waiting to return the shoes to see if you like the dress or not so you want have to return twice. I agreed and a couple days later, I received the wrong colored dress. I had planned for the burgundy dress yet they sent the correct dress but in bright orange. But to mention the fabric is poor quality and very translucent and thin. I went back to the same email thread as before and made note of this being wrong and never received a response. I then went back to the website, went to contact us, and started another complaint email thread and then I received a response of an offer to give a gift card of $17, mind you for the shoes and dress it totaled $71 (rounded). Such a scam. That's not even 25% of what I paid. Then they still have not given the return address. They are trying to negotiate a scam to give me back $17 for my lost of $71. Totally disappointing and unfair. They are in the business of ripping people off. I have several communications with them and I'm beginning to regret my purchase. Thank God I didn't purchase all the item I originally had in my cart, which I was going back to purchases once I receive this first order to make sure it wasn't a scam, but as you can see it was and I feel stupid for not going with my first mind and only making 1 solid cheap purchase to make sure yet I spent over $100. I'm highly disappointed and will definitely spread the word as much as I can. I will be contacting the news, radio stations, and social media platforms. This is ridiculous. THEY'RE FRAUD SO NOT PURCHASE!!!"

"The quality of the material used is very cheap and the return process is a horrible experience. Had to return a $50 item and was offered $14 for a refund or would have to pay for return shipping. Returning item but the process to return is unprofessional and frustrating. Contacting customer service takes a long time to get a response as they only do it through email and it takes a day or more. Also, they are not quick to give you the information. You actually need to make return. Still waiting to see if I get my full refund! because of return process, I would not order from this company again! And would highly recommend that others do not order if you think you may need to return."
