I had legal and protection issue with my sons father, and they made sure to protect and care for my son. I really appreciate the extra steps they took to care about his safety and my peace of mind. Everyone at my La Petite location deserves a raise. It takes a village to raise a child and I’m glad I found mine."

"It’s been great. There’s constantly a lot of changes. It’s very scary there inconsistency idk how much longer we can attend they are cutting hours, bus routes. I live day to day in fear of there frequent changes and the not knowing how long do they cut my sons school off completely and there hrs are really getting shorter. And they don’t give timely notices. It’s scary how quick changes happen could cause job loss."

We've been extremely happy with our school.My only complaint/feedback likely extends beyond our specific la petite location: covid response and handling closures has been inconsistent and often frustrating. I understand covid closures happen, and our local staff has been very responsive in regards to safety and health of the children and staff. But when closures DO happen, it's anyone's guess how long a closure will be for, what procedure is necessary to come back (testing/no testing), etc.This obviously presents a challenge to any parents using la petite as a primary daycare source, there is no guarantee how long impacts would last when an inevitable class closure happens. If a written policy or guideline exists, I'm sure parents would love to at least know what the baseline is (and then if unique challenges or one-off situations arose that extended said guidelines/closures, then parents could go from there)Otherwise - our local team is tremendous! We appreciate you all so much!"

"As much as it’s advertised as a “school” this is really just babysitting. There’s minimal advancement in my child at daycare and when I brought up concerns about my child being advanced and needing more, I was told that happens in the next classroom and the current classroom doesn’t have that option. It’s fine, but nothing stellar. It’s basically to get us through to pre school"

"Our experience is mediocre at best. The teachers act as babysitters, not teachers. Communication is poor and the stated ratios are often not followed and the daycare resorts to the state maximum. It seems like I’m paying a lot more than what we actually receive."

She has picked up songs and good behaviors from her time spent at daycare and we really appreciate the amount of socialization she has with her peers. Prices are good and availability is great, since we are currently enrolled for one day a week, which most places don’t offer."
