"I thoroughly enjoyed the environment. I would lover to enroll my son, but the price is just too high for me."
"Didn't get any documents or information outside of verbal of what the price was and that my child would be placed based on age and development. Then trying to tell me about my child that she never met. I called ahead and requested to come early. When I got there it was as if she came to the door just due to me pulling on it.Price is too high for a 28month old developing at the level of a 4 year old. Program placement by age would not be a good reason to move from in home daycare. Child was in a blind spot in the outdoors alone and could have easily been taken when I arrived. The tour guide told me air fresheners stayed on even when a child with breathing and eczema problems was in the classroom. I didn't like that one of the instructors said NoNo to the children instead of using complete sentences and talking to the children like little people learning social skills instead of little animals. Hire a better tour guide that seemed interested in my child attending the program. I get that you have a waiting list, but at any moment people could pull their children from your program and you would want my child then. Treat people with respect and listen to parents when they discuss their children. You don't know their child better than them so don't treat them as such. Its called compassion and consideration. Keep your generalizations of children to yourself. I still do not think you all have the worst program around, just need to fix and make your location more accommodating to all children, and not group them all into categories like little animals."
