"Teachers are wonderful, loving and nurturing and the building is always well maintained and super clean! I was disappointed by the lack of engagement from the new director. She never personally introduced herself and little communication comes from her. She is very distant. If she had spent 1 day greeting people when she came on it would have made a world of difference. She randomly greets now but I feel there is no connection between her and families."

"There has been a lot of turnover at the school which is a big concern. There's hardly any consistency in Twos room due to teacher constantly changing. I'd like to see more curriculum done and consistent staff."

There has been issues with changing in leadership and it has made more different decisions and overall decrease in satisfaction. They also keep increasing the tuition which makes it difficult to stay enrolled as it is pricey."

"Cathy is a great Director and Leader. Cathy was very personable with families and well respected by all. The infant and toddler teachers are great. Miss Lisa is a natural with interacting with the children and parents and she just loves the kids. However, with the sudden departure of the director it doesn't seem Lapetite cares about maintaining solid leadership or highly qualified staff which is unfortunate for the kids and families."
