"I loved the atmosphere and learning about all the different activities the kids will be involved with! The staff was friendly and so was a parent that happened to walk in dropping off their child."

"We really like what the school offers, however their response to how they handled the incident of leaving our child unattended was very poor. There was no evident disciplinary action taken (the teacher was promoted to full time instead) and the apology from the teacher seemed insincere and passing the blame. and our child had to be moved from class to class like he was the problem. We are sad we are leaving but we don't want to keep our child where we don't feel he is safe, especially considering how much we are paying for him to be taken care of."

"I have a lot of respect for all of my child's teachers and directors. They have provided a good learning and growing and environment. With that being said over the last year there has been a lot of transition and some issues particularly a safety concern that led to us questioning whether this group is receiving appropriate support for them to maintain and conduct the school at the same level as when we originally enrolled. All the teachers have been so good to my child and have helped him grow and provide a challenging environment that he has learned so much from, all while taking the time to individualize to each. The director has been there in some capacity since we have started with the school and has made it a great place and one that we feel good about leaving our child at. Its because of her that we decided to continue, despite some of the challenges because I knew she had intent to get them resolved and is always available to listen and talk with.Precious Status has been a great addition, would like to see it used to its fullest capacity perhaps a weekly agenda, calendar apointments possibly about activities, new staff and their credentials, visitors to the building. It is being used more so those ideas may already be in the works."

"The staff is all polite and acts Ike they care to show face but there is no true concern. They are fake and don't follow through with repetitive issues. I've voiced my concerns with everyone I can find your to the director and her superior but nothing is ever done. This place is an absolute joke. They fail to take care of basic communication and wellbeing on a regular basics. It is honestly a major issue and the authorities should be involved. It's pathetic that they don't even have a record of development from one teacher to the next for 6 months of my daughter attending. No record of development what soever. I recommend closing the doors and retraining 80% of the staff. This is the worst service I've ever had in any areana of life and it's evolving the wellbeing of children."
