"My child comes home with bites or scratches or bruises on her back almost every day. More than once she’s came home with **** in her coochie area. I’m not sure they’re putting **** cream on her like I asked bc she comes home with a rash daily bc she’s allergic to their diapers. When we started I asked for them to continue potty training her like I have been at home and they haven’t. I have stated my child don’t like to be around the other kids so do ur best to keep them away from her and she’s also stated that with her actions and nothing is done about it. The only reason she’s in attendance is bc I need a job and I need to be able to watch her so Ik shes safe and happy."

"Pleased with the school. Very welcoming teachers and very nice and professional. Teachers seem to treat all kids equally and make them feel seen. There could be improvement on security and more focus on development in the younger classes."

"I cannot have my children go to a childcare that is unreliable. I am tired of having to call in to my job because my kids were being refused care. I am now without pay and on the verge of being fired because of my work attendance. On top of that, the school is still expecting payment for the days my kids missed. Not sure if that’s even legal. Also, I recently found out that the teachers don’t get paid very well. This hurts my heart. The teachers are awesome and they deserve to receive a living wage. Please increase their wages. Mc Donald’s pays more than daycare teachers. That’s not right. How do you expect them to stay if they can’t survive of this income? Not to mention, this one isn’t an easy or stress-free job. This job require experience and lots of patience. I trust them with my children. Please pay them properly. Also, the admin stuff doesn’t treat their teachers well. I fear retaliation, do not share."

"The rates are constantly being raised.They have silly rules that make absolutely no sense, such as, kids aren’t welcome after 9.15. This can be very inconvenient on some days.The admin staff is fake and rude. Will threaten to kick your kids out over the smallest thing."

"Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. They greeted me by name on day 1. Both my children Raleigh & Ryan are greeted at the start of the day with a warm welcome. The morning girl says “are you ready to have some fun Raleigh” it’s cute it gets my daughter excited to start her day there, she’s always anxious to go. I love the school, very accommodating especially to my infant’s needs who just turned 1 & went through the teething stage."

"Overall mostly happy. There is too much staff turnover and every time it does affect the quality of care for a while. They fix issues quickly but it's frustrating to keep getting new people who communicate less and less with app."
