"I think the school is great. I will say I have seen a high turn around rate from the teachers and I wish they would retain the teachers longer. A teacher will come in and my son will bond with that teacher and then a few months later that teacher is gone with no explaination. Communication would be nice as to why so many staff changes. Also, it is quite hard when a new teacher comes in to set a new routine for the kids. I think more communication is needed between the teachers and parents as far as where you child is in their development and behavior etc. Also, we had teachers before that took every oportunity to make it a teaching environment (See this pancake, it is a circle) vs some teachers that are just trying to keep the kids in line and not teaching them but just watching them. Maybe if there were surveys or monthly reviews of the teachers (or new teachers) that might help give the director an idea of the childs experience"

"We were definitely sad to leave LP, however we are moving to a location with none close by. ALL the teachers and staff were wonderful with my little guy and we are bummed say good bye. We will absolutely not hesitate once we move back to have him continue! It's so hard these days for working families to not feel guilt when we drop off our kids with someone else, but I didn't feel that way ONCE. The staff weren't strangers that I dropped my baby off to, they genuinely cared and made me feel at ease. I don't know how they do it...I can barely take care of one, let alone multiple kiddos!"
