"Knowing what I know now I feel like I am able to tell if future daycare will be worth the cost. The ratio is usually maintained but not always and even when maintained some children can be very difficult and need extra attention which can take from other children’s care but this location doesn’t have the resources to address such an issue. The long fingernails was a shock and I didn’t think that would of ever been an issue in daycare but is prevalent. The coldness and overall level of fatigue amongst the younger staff members was very disconcerting. Witnessing how some employees have acted as a bystander was shocking. I could not believe such wildness is accepted by the establishment. Very immature, wild, and poor behavior by the younger staff that makes me want to pull my child from the daycare as soon as possible. The price point is high but such behavior should never be allowed regardless of how much we are paying."

The director & leadership are wonderful, responsive, open to feedback etc. As noted above, teacher turnover has been somewhat concerning, and there have been some other things that give us pause (all listed above). It could be better, but we're not unsatisfied enough to have left."

"I am impressed with what my son has learned at La Petite and I truly believe the staff cares for him. However, the overall environment of the school is slightly disorganized and the communications are somewhat last minute. Even more disconcerting, I have heard of an increasing number of incidents of violent behavior among the kids. I do expect a number of these hitting/kicking/biting incidents to occur as it's common among kids, but I am not sure what the school is doing to address this behavior on a larger scale."

"Overall really good! Our kids have had a tough transition though coming from an in home daycare. Drop off in the morning has been really hard and we wish the morning teachers would do more to interact/acknowledge our kids when we arrive so they feel comfortable. Additionally we were told the kids would play outside everyday but that hasn’t been happening- hoping that will change!"
